This Terms of Service Agreement (hereinafter — the "Agreement") governs the relationship between LLC «Transtrade» (hereinafter — the "Company", the "Service") and an individual (hereinafter — the "User") using the UPGRADER service located at upgrader.pro.
By using the Service, the User confirms that they have read this Agreement, understood its contents, and accepted all its terms in full. If the User does not agree with the terms of the Agreement, they must immediately stop using the Service.
The Company reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement without prior notice. The current version is always available on this page.
The Service provides the User with the ability to participate in upgrading virtual items for the game Counter-Strike 2 (CS2), including skin exchanges using a random selection mechanic.
All operations with virtual items are carried out via the Steam API and the User's Steam account. The Service is not an official partner of Valve Corporation. All trademarks, including CS2 and Steam, belong to their respective owners.
3.1. The Service is available to persons who have reached the age of 18 or the age of majority established by the laws of the User's country of residence.
3.2. The User agrees not to use the Service for purposes that violate applicable law.
3.3. The use of automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the Service is prohibited.
3.4. The User bears full responsibility for the security of their Steam account credentials and for all actions taken using it.
3.5. The Service may block a User's account without explanation upon detection of violations of this Agreement.
4.1. The Service undertakes to: ensure uninterrupted operation of the platform within technical capabilities; store User's personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy; notify Users of changes to the Agreement.
4.2. The Service is entitled to: change platform functionality without prior notice; suspend the Service for maintenance purposes; refuse service without explanation.
4.3. The User undertakes to: comply with the terms of this Agreement; provide accurate information upon registration; not transfer access to their account to third parties.
The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties. The Company is not responsible for technical issues on Steam's side, loss of items due to Steam platform failures, or actions of third parties regarding the User's account.
The Company's total liability to the User for any claims is limited to an amount equivalent to the value of the User's last completed transaction.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic. All disputes shall be resolved in courts at the Company's location.
If any provision of the Agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
