This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the "Policy") describes how LLC «Transtrade» (hereinafter — the "Company") collects, uses, and protects the personal data of UPGRADER service users.
By using the Service, the User consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with this Policy.
2.1. When signing in via Steam, we receive: Steam identifier (SteamID), Steam profile name, public profile URL, and avatar.
2.2. During use of the Service, the following is automatically collected: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, visit timestamps, transaction information.
2.3. We do not collect or store Steam account passwords.
Collected data is used to: identify the User in the Service; ensure platform functionality; improve service quality; prevent fraud; comply with legal requirements.
The Company does not sell or transfer Users' personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
Personal data is stored on secure encrypted servers. Data is retained for 3 years from the last use of the Service.
Access to personal data is limited to authorized Company employees only.
The User has the right to: request access to their data; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of their data; withdraw consent for data processing.
