"Offer" — this document, being a public offer by LLC «Transtrade» to enter into a service agreement.
"Acceptance" — full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer by completing the first transaction or depositing funds into the Service.
"Service" — the UPGRADER platform available at upgrader.pro.
"Virtual Items" — in-game CS2 items (skins, knives, gloves) belonging to the User in their Steam account.
The Contractor undertakes to provide services for organizing the CS2 virtual item upgrade mechanic, including: accepting the User's items as a wager; conducting a random outcome selection; transferring won items to the User.
The win probability is determined by the Service's algorithm based on the value ratio of the wager and the prize item.
3.1. The User signs in via Steam and selects items as a wager.
3.2. The Service calculates the win probability and displays it before the wager is placed.
3.3. After confirming the wager, a draw is conducted using a cryptographically secure random number generator.
3.4. In case of a win, the item is transferred to the User's Steam account within 15 minutes.
4.1. The Service commission ranges from 5% to 15% of the wager value.
4.2. Settlements are made in conditional units (Service coins).
4.3. Withdrawals are made exclusively in the form of CS2 virtual items.
The Contractor is not responsible for Steam technical issues and item delivery delays caused by Steam limitations.
The Contractor's liability is limited to the value of the User's wager in the last failed transaction.
The Offer takes effect upon publication and is valid indefinitely. The Contractor may change the terms by publishing a new version.
